Built to be followed

No feeds, no social, no upsells. The plan, your numbers, and nothing else.

01

Today, already decided

The app opens on today's session. Upper, legs, pull, cardio or rest: it's picked by the weekday, exactly as the plan is written.

02

Every rep tracked

Log weight and reps for two sets to failure. Last week's numbers sit right next to them, and the rest timer starts on its own.

03

Progress, or regress

Every lift shows whether you're progressing, holding, or slipping, with separate trend lines for dumbbell and barbell.

04

Yours alone

No account and no cloud. Everything stays on your phone. Keep 30, 60 or 90 days, or clear it all in one tap.

Dumbbell or barbell

Use what you have. Switch any time.

Every exercise in the plan has a dumbbell and a barbell version. Change equipment in Calibrate and the next session follows. Your strength history is kept separately for each, so the numbers never get mixed.

Run, ruck, or both

Zone 2 on Wednesday. Intervals on Sunday. You pick how you cover the ground.

Three weeks of rucking, two weeks of running, then repeat. The app keeps count, so you just show up.

Beat last week

Progression is built in.

  • 3-1-1-0 tempo on every rep. Only reps done on tempo count.
  • Two sets to true failure, with 2–3 minutes of rest between them.
  • Beat last week's reps by one on either set. That's the target the app shows you.
  • Past 15 reps? The app suggests a harder variation instead of more reps.
  • Safety built in. The riskier movements are flagged to stop one rep short.

Solid groundwork.
Every single week.
